The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) is responsible for welfare and pension policy and is a key player in tackling child poverty. It is the biggest public service delivery department in the UK and serves over 20 million customers.

A text phone communications service providing a vital lifeline for deaf and speech impaired people.

The Pension Advisory Service
An independent non-profit organisation that provides free information, advice and guidance on the whole spectrum of company, personal and stakeholder schemes. We also help you understand how state pension issues interact with other pensions you may have.

Royal Association for Deaf people (RAD)
Royal Association for Deaf people and HMRC’s innovative new service makes tax information and advice more accessible to Deaf people.

The National Careline is a not for profit company offering information about care and support for older people, their carers and their families. Its objective is to provide a portal that signposts users to various organisation, including Government departments and support networks that will help create a clearer understanding of the care maze.

The Macular Disease Society
The Macular Society has been supporting people with macular conditions, including age-related macular degeneration (AMD), for 25 years. We offer information and support while we fund research to find a cure.

Re-engage's mission is to use the power of volunteering to enable older people to make new friends and break out of the cycle of social isolation and loneliness.

The Silver Line
The Silver Line is the only free confidential helpline for older people across the UK, providing information, friendship and advice 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Specially trained helpline staff offer information, friendship and advice; link callers to local groups and services; and, protect and support those who are suffering abuse and neglect.
