Our advisers are here to provide guidance on making informed tax decisions but do not offer tax planning services. Lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Lines are closed on bank holidays.

Do you meet our financial eligibility criteria?

We assist individuals with an annual income of approximately £20,000 (before tax), or those on higher incomes facing:

• Debt amounting to more than 25% of their annual income
• Other significant challenges, such as mental or physical health issues, disabilities, domestic violence, bereavement, or homelessness

What to prepare before you call:

To help our advisers provide the most relevant advice, please gather as much of the following information as possible:

• Recent correspondence from HMRC, organised by date received
• Income statements, payslips, benefits statements, P45s, P60s, and other statements of earnings
• Previous years' tax returns or self-assessment forms
• Your National Insurance Number (so that we may record your verbal consent for us to liaise with HMRC on your behalf)

Don't worry if you don't have all this information; we will do our best to help you with whatever you can provide.
